Skyworks Property Management specializes in residential rental properties across the Portland area and coordinate a wide range of maintenance, repair, turnover, and improvement work. We work with reliable, responsive vendors who help us keep rental homes safe, functional, and well cared for. Because we have a lot of old Portland homes under management, the maintenance can be extensive.
We are always interested in connecting with qualified contractors, tradespeople, cleaners, landscapers, inspectors, and maintenance professionals serving the Portland metro area.
If your company is dependable, communicative, properly licensed when required, and comfortable working in occupied rental homes, we would love to hear from you.
Our preferred vendors are expected to communicate clearly, provide fair and transparent pricing, respect residents and properties, and document completed work with invoices, notes, and before/after photos.
